Monarch Stump Grinding ensures that the stump and remaining surface roots are fully chipped down to a standard depth of 6” below ground. Though, we can grind to specific depths. We are very thorough in our process.

The generated wood chips and heaved soil are dragged back away from the stump location to inspect and look for remaining roots or stump portions. Next, excess wood chips can be relocated on-site or hauled away. Most of the time, stumps over 24” are the only ones that generate extra amounts of wood chips. Upon Completion, the old stump location will be refilled and leveled to the existing ground using the remaining portions of wood chips and soil.
